Q- How long is delivery?

  • The delivery time is about 4-7 business days, usually your order will be shipped out within 2-3 processing days after we get your payment. Custom wigs processing time is 6-12 business days. Please know that the orders may be shipped separate and you will have a tracking number for each item. We will let you know if this is the case. Processing days does not include Saturday and Sunday. Orders may arrive sooner than expected.

Q- How many bundles do I need?

  • Each Bundle is about 95-100g, usually it needs 3-4 bundles for a full head sew in, if you choose the longer inch than 20 inch, recommend that you can choose 4-5 bundles to make a full head.

Q- Why is my hair extension getting tangled

  • Your hair extension tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt built-up. Salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.
  • Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use olive oil to moisten it smoothly or consult your stylist for more help.

Q- Can I cut/color/style my hair?

  • Absolutely! Lavishvanityco hair products are made from 100% human hair and can be cut, colored and styled as if it were your own. You can darken it, lighten it, lay it to the side or make it shorter, but remember: just like our own hair, your human hair requires a good maintenance routine to keep it looking fresh and vibrant. Each purchase is accompanied by a set of care and maintenance tips specific to that particular texture.

Q-How can I cancel my order?

  • If you want to cancel the order, please contact with the customer service department lavishvanityco@gmail.com. Please give us 24-72 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order. You must let us know 24 hours after you placed your order or else your order can not be cancelled. 

Q- How can I receive a refund?

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • You can receive an exchange in items if the wrong product was mistakenly sent. 
  • When doing exchanges the product or products must be shipped back how it was sent. Failure to do so and we will send back the original product.
  • ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL
  • NO REFUNDS
